If you are reading this, you have made a conscious effort to seek assistance and get your life back on track. Congratulations, you are already past the first hurdle.
My name is Chandra Eileen White. I am a wife, mother of three, and a bonus mom of two. Let's get acquainted. I’ll start.
I am passionate about empathetically supporting people going through difficult times. Life can be complicated! Grief comes in many different forms: the death of a loved one, divorce, separation, bankruptcy, injury, job loss, retirement, pregnancy miscarriage, watching a loved one go through addiction, or even post-traumatic grief from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Do you feel most days, you are coping throughout the day but not living? Are you surviving on only 1/4 tank to get by? Do you have dreams & goals that you halted due to circumstances? You are not alone.
My approach: I take a collaborative and solution-focused approach to coaching. By working together, we can identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals.
Whatever it might be, I am here to help you bridge the gap from where you are now to where you want to be. The road ahead might seem complicated, but together we can find the right pathway to get you back on track where you want to be. Together we can take adversity and turn it into resiliency.
Personally, life has thrown me a few curveballs in which I had a choice to be defeated or get back up to the plate and try again. It wasn't easy, but my faith and family gave me the courage to move forward and not look back. Resiliency is a learned process, and I look forward to coaching you to become the best version of yourself.
My professional background includes being a multi-state licensed funeral director with over 15 years of serving families who have lost a loved one. People often ask how I got into the mortuary science field. My answer is always the same; I feel "called" to do this line of work. I believe we all have gifts; my gift is helping those grieving by offering compassionate support and guidance during difficult times. After serving in this role, I transitioned into a clinical setting where I currently serve as the Manager for a level-one trauma hospital ranked 10th in the nation. In this position, I was honored to develop the first Office of Decedent Affairs department in Missouri to provide dignified decedent aftercare and compassionate support to the families we serve. In addition, I completed a Mental Health Psychology BA degree (Summa Cum Laude) from Southern New Hampshire University and was certified
as a Life and Grief coach to be able to support you in your journey.
